Gold Crest Retirement Center's health care complex provides a continuum of health care options. Made possible by the generosity of the Coffman-Levi family, Gold Crest was built in 1984 and has expanded several times since. The facility offers Medicare and Medicaid certified skilled nursing home care, assisted living, independent living, child day care, adult day care, a health clinic, outpatient rehabilitation, and an in-house pharmacy to the citizens of Adams and surrounding communities.

Gold Crest's mission is to provide quality care and services to those entrusted to us. A major component in that mission is to estabish and maintain a high quality of health care personnel to ensure the highest standard of care possible for our customers.

Gold Crest maintains a staff of approximately 100 members. Because Gold Crest recognizes that each staff member is equally important in the quality operation of the facility, Gold Crest strives to hire highly qualified staff members and continuously trains them to ensure their success and yours.
